WhatsApp setup requires an approved Meta Business account and compatible number. Meta template-message and selected platform fees are excluded and paid directly by you where possible; approval timing is controlled by Meta.

What's the difference between a chatbot, an AI agent and automation?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent takes multi-step actions — it can look something up, decide, and finish a task. Automation runs silently when an event happens. We build all three, and often combine them into one system.
Will the AI make things up to my customers?
Assistants answer only from your approved documents, are tested against an evaluation set before launch, and ship with an accuracy report, human handoff and an off-switch you control.
Does my company data go to ChatGPT?
Only if you choose a hosted-model plan — and we say so explicitly in the quote. Private AI runs open-source models on your own server; documents and questions never leave your infrastructure.
Which apps can automation connect?
Anything with an API or export — Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, accounting tools, e-commerce, databases and hundreds more. Legacy systems get assessed in the audit.
Do we depend on you afterwards?
